Production Process - Wood Working Process

PPC department will prepare all the drawing detail including size and shape of the finished product

Process the timber with double surface planner (to plan the top and bottom of wood surface) to make sure that the timber quality is match the buyer spesification

Cutting the length according to the drawing

Ripping or hand jointing the timber is one of the process to make the wood straight and precision

Moulding process according to the drawing

If the finished goods are solid timber door the next step is : boring, tennoning, assembling, pressing and sanding

All finished goods will be packed according to the packing list prepared by PPC department

The whole process in this department will take about 30 days
