Production Process - KD Process Preparation All the sawn timber with the same thickness (with 10% tolerance) have to be stack properly into pallets Each pallet of sawn timber will be load to chamber after air dry using forklift truck Processing Water spraying will treat all the timber in the chamber become the same humidity Temperature and humidity adjustment process has programmed to reach the moisture content target (normally from 8 to 10%) Finishing Temperature conditiong is a process to avoid crack, split, moist etc Discharge the sawn timber from the chamber Unstacked the sawn timber and deliver to the processing department The whole process in this department will take about 30 days [Previous Process - Transportation] | [Next Process - Wood Working Process]
