Production Process - Saw Mill
  • To avoid the transportation cost, all the logs are cutted near the jugle using the bandsaw
  • In sawmill, the operator only cut the timber according to Tangerang factory request
  • All the sawn timber would stacked for at least one week before shipment to Tangerang factory
  • The whole process from preparation, cutting, stacking, loading will consume about 30 days
